Circle Anglia has sealed the social housing sector's largest ever loan deal, worth a staggering 1.4 billion. The move dwarfs the previous highest deals - 725 million to Glasgow Housing Association back in 2003 and a 700 million refinancing deal for Amicushorizon sealed last year.
