Gov. Charlie Crist on Tuesday appointed two local residents to the Collier County Housing Authority. Immokalee resident Bernardo Barnhart, 29, a loan officer with Florida Community Bank, was appointed for a term beginning Sept. 18 and ending Oct. 17, 2010. He succeeds Liliana Flores.
